AI Intake Readiness Sprint for Home Services

Missed calls, lost after-hours leads, and inconsistent intake across phone, web forms, SMS, and front-desk handoffs cost home services companies real jobs. This 15-business-day sprint maps your intake path, finds the revenue leaks, and produces a practical pilot spec.

Format

Vendor-neutral diagnostic

Who it is for

Owner-led or manager-led home services companies that miss inbound calls, lose after-hours leads, or rely on inconsistent intake across phone, web forms, SMS, and front-desk handoffs. Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and multi-trade service businesses.

The problem

In home services, slow intake is not abstract process waste. It means missed jobs, missed emergency calls, abandoned quote requests, and leads that book with the next provider who responds.

AI intake can help, but only when the workflow is constrained, the handoff rules are clear, and the business knows which channel should be automated first.

What you get

A 15-business-day readiness sprint that maps the current intake path, finds the revenue leaks, decides whether text or voice should come first, and produces a practical pilot spec.

Timeline

15 business days for the readiness sprint. Target delivery is within 21 calendar days and never more than 30 calendar days unless you request extra stakeholder review.

Price

$6,500 fixed fee

The standard sprint covers one business with multiple intake paths: the workflow map, leak inventory, buyer-language map, prototype conversation flow, ROI model, pilot spec, and vendor-neutral platform shortlist.

The sprint is a paid diagnostic, not a software implementation. You are paying for workflow interpretation, risk limits, ROI framing, and a pilot plan that can be handed to an implementer.

Implementation credit

If you proceed to a separately scoped implementation within 30 days of the readout, up to $3,000 of the sprint fee can be credited against that implementation. The sprint remains valuable as a standalone diagnostic, and implementation is optional.
  • The credit covers up to 50% of the sprint fee, capped at $3,000.
  • Applies only to a separately scoped implementation contract signed within 30 days of the sprint readout.
  • Does not apply to third-party software, telephony, data costs, paid tools, or pass-through expenses.

Explicitly out of scope

So expectations are exact, the sprint does not include:

The prototype conversation flow is a demonstration, not a production deployment: no live phone number, no CRM or calendar integration, no payment collection, and no real customer data. It shows the intake logic and handoff behavior using synthetic or sanitized example data.
