Most businesses do not know their site has ADA exposure until they get a demand letter. wcag21aa.com makes WCAG 2.1 AA compliance tangible: 60+ paired pages showing exactly what a failure looks like and what the corrected pattern looks like, side by side, in language a non-developer can act on. Built end to end as a marketing site and a working client resource, with a custom WordPress theme purpose-built for the reference-library use case. The remediation behind the corrected examples is produced by a multi-critic AI engine (a separate project).
The problem
WCAG documentation is written for developers and auditors, not for the operator whose insurer or counsel just asked for a compliance statement. There was no plain-English working reference that showed both the failure and the fix, side by side, in a format the buyer could actually read and act on.
What we built
Designed and built wcag21aa.com from scratch: a custom WordPress theme for the reference-library use case, 60+ paired pass/fail pages mapped to WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, service pages for audit and remediation engagements, and a lead intake flow tied to a fit-call calendar. The corrected examples are produced by the multi-critic AI remediation engine (covered as its own project); here the focus is the library, the site, and the client-facing system.
